risk recognition, and risk avoidance strategies. These strategies make up 90% of

self-defense education! This class will discuss some positive steps that you can take

to help reduce the chances of being victimized. An overview of the basic principles of

physical defense and personal weapons (things that you already possess!) will bediscussed and demonstrated. Class participation is encouraged based on the

Session Overview:

A fresh unexpected twist on creativity. In this unique and interactive art experience,

participants will paint freely on their own canvases as music fills the space. But when

the music stops, so does their work—it’s time to move to the next canvas and

continue where another artist left off. With each rotation, the paintings evolve,

blending different styles, colors, and creative perspectives in unexpected ways.Playful, immersive, and full of surprises, this class invites participants to embrace the

ever-changing nature of art and collaboration.
