Proclaim – That a young mom is never alone in the midst of the fun and chaos of mothering. That Christ can be her stability and strength.
Pursue – The principles found in Titus 2:3-5 and raise-up the next generation of women, that they can impact their families positively for Christ with skill for His glory.
Provide – Practical training skills and the support needed for women to grow in their ability to parent with excellence.
Encouragement – It’s exhausting. Sometimes a young mom simply needs a breath of fresh air, a hug and someone to say, “I believe in you” in a safe refreshing place.
Direction – It’s confusing. In a socially energized world, everyone has an opinion about how to do this “mom” thing. We provide direction that isn’t our opinion, but comes from the Word of God. That seems like a safe place for us to root!
Accountability – It’s scary. In our world, we can get trapped in things that have nothing to do with God in any way, shape or form. Sometimes our goals are off even though our hearts are “in it.” We want to walk next to our young moms to be a safe place for their hearts!
- This year we are reading the book “Walking with God in the Season of Motherhood”, by Melissa Kruger, and continuing our study on how to teach character to our children.
CHILD CARE IS PROVIDED during our meetings with a focus on safety and fun!
