WE BELIEVE that there is one living and true GOD who exists eternally in three persons: The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each is equal in power and glory. God created everything, keeps everything going, and rules everything.

WE BELIEVE that the Bible is the Word of God and was fully directed by Him.  The original writings were without error. God’s Word is the only guide for faith and living.

WE BELIEVE in God the Father who is perfect in holiness, wisdom, power and love. He mercifully concerns Himself in the lives of men. He saves from sin and eternal death everyone who comes to Him in faith through Jesus Christ.

WE BELIEVE in Jesus Christ, God’s only begotten Son. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit in Mary while she was a virgin. He lived a sinless life and performed miracles that proved His teachings. He died in the place of all of us for our sin. He then rose again in His body and went back into heaven. Right now, He intervenes for His people. One day He will return to earth.

WE BELIEVE in the Holy Spirit who was sent from the Father and Son to declare everyone guilty of sin and earning God’s judgment. The Holy Spirit gives spiritual life and strength to everyone who believes in Jesus by living in and through them.

WE BELIEVE that all people are sinners by nature and by choice. The punishment for sin is eternal death in terrible pain. But God gives eternal life to everyone who turns from trusting in sin to trusting in Jesus. God gives every believer the Holy Spirit for the power to serve Him.

WE BELIEVE in that God’s people are the true Church. The Church is the living body of Jesus, and He is the only one in charge of it.

WE BELIEVE that Jesus gave two practices for the Church:

  1) Baptism by immersion as a testimony of our trust in Him

  2) The Lord’s Supper, open to all believers, as a reminder of His death for us

WE BELIEVE in the actual returning of Jesus to earth to set up His Kingdom. Everyone will rise from the dead in their body. There will be a final judgment and endless suffering for people who did not trust in Jesus. But there will be endless blessing and joy with God in Heaven for everyone who has accepted God’s free gift of salvation.
